Alzheimer’s and dementia care

Dementia is a set of symptoms that may include memory loss and difficulties with thinking, problem-solving or language. These changes are often small to start with, but for someone with dementia they can become severe enough to affect daily life. You may experience changes in their mood or behaviour and also agitation.

Our care team is able to support people with Alzheimer’s and dementia which enable them to live at home safely. During our care planning we will also look at how we can support the family through tough and challenging times.

Our team are able to deal with challenging behaviour’s that may be presented at times when dementia progression may occur, all our care is provided with, great compassion and professionalism while placing dignity and privacy at the forefront of our care and support.
